Engage your child with our interactive safety class covering essential safety skills such as fire safety, water safety, and more. Each session is designed for children aged 3-5 to ensure a personalized and fun learning experience alongside 'Tate' and 'Willow', the Super Heroes of Safety.

Cancellation Policy
SafeKidz is committed to providing high-quality, engaging safety and empowerment programs for children. This policy outlines our booking, cancellation, refund, and make-up class arrangements in accordance with NSW consumer law and fair trading guidelines. 1. Bookings All bookings must be made via the SafeKidz website or an authorised SafeKidz booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a child’s place. Bookings are subject to availability and class capacity limits. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Bookings & Refund Policy. 2. Cooling-Off Period (NSW) In line with NSW Fair Trading guidance and Australian Consumer Law, SafeKidz offers a 7-day cooling-off period for bookings. The cooling-off period begins from the date the booking is made. Cancellations made within 7 days of booking are eligible for a refund. A 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. 3. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period No refunds will be issued once the 7-day cooling-off period has expired. This includes change of mind, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or holidays. 4. Make-Up Classes Make-up classes may be taken at another SafeKidz venue only if places are available. Make-up classes are not guaranteed and must be taken within the same program timeframe. Make-up classes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 5. Program Changes or Cancellations by SafeKidz If SafeKidz cancels or significantly changes a class, families will be offered a transfer or a refund for the affected session(s). 6. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds or remedies apply where services are not delivered with due care and skill or where a major failure occurs. 7. Transfers Bookings are not transferable between children or families. Venue or session transfers are subject to availability and approval. 8. Health, Safety & Behaviour SafeKidz may refuse participation where safety risks arise. Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed. 9. Policy Updates This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on the SafeKidz website. 10.
