Refund Policy

At SafeKidz, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, credits, and cancellations are handled for our programs and services.

1. General Refund Policy

All enrolments and payments made to SafeKidz are subject to this Refund Policy. By enrolling in a SafeKidz program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a program has commenced. Please ensure program details, dates, and locations are suitable before completing enrolment.

3. Program Cancellations by SafeKidz

If SafeKidz cancels a class, session, or program for any reason, you will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund for the affected session(s), or
A credit to be used toward a future SafeKidz program

4. Withdrawals Before Program Commencement

Withdrawals made more than 7 days before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable registration or administrative fees.
Withdrawals made within 7 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.

5. Missed Classes

Refunds or make-up classes are not provided for sessions missed due to illness, holidays, or personal circumstances. We encourage families to attend all scheduled sessions.

6. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness or exceptional circumstances, refund or credit requests may be considered at the discretion of SafeKidz. Supporting documentation may be required.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds to be completed.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or remedy if a service is not delivered with due care and skill or is not fit for purpose.
